By offering these comprehensive services, Kelter aims to help make health monitoring accessible, convenient, and reliable, empowering you with the information needed to take control of your health—all from the comfort of your home. 

Test results will be shared directly with you by the DHA-licensed medical service provider that conducted your test. Once your sample has been processed, the provider will communicate your results securely through their approved channels (via SMS or email).

At Kelter, we are committed to providing timely results to patients. While the timeframes can vary based on the complexity of the tests & the medical service provider, the goal is to deliver routine test results within 1-3 days. You can trust in our dedication to accuracy and efficiency throughout our procedures.

Currently, we offer home collection services exclusively in Dubai. However, we are planning to expand to other cities like Abu Dhabi and Sharjah soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Yes! Kelter offers same-day and next-day appointments, subject to availability of the medical provider. Please log in to the Kelter online portal to check availability.

Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance of your booking can be done directly through your Kelter dashboard and are free of charge. 
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the booking must be requested through our support team via call or Whatsapp and will incur a 150 AED late change fee. If the order value is less than 150 AED, the full amount will be charged. Please note that no-shows will be treated as late cancellations.

Yes, absolutely. Kelter operates 6 days a week so feel free to log in to the Kelter online portal to check the next availability, however the working hours would depend on the medical service provider.

Yes, absolutely. We work with trained nurses who are DHA-certified. In addition, we have a robust vetting process before sending them out for blood collection, and they are continually assessed for quality.

This depends on the type of test you are booking. If fasting is required for your specific lab test, you will be notified at the time of booking. Please make sure to follow any preparation instructions provided — such as fasting or staying hydrated.

Yes, as long as it's permitted by your employer and it is indoors, clean, and a sterile environment.

Yes, you can! Simply book the test through your account. When it's time for the health service, make sure to provide the Emirates ID of the person who the service is for the person for whom the service is being provided.

No, Kelter doesn’t access or store your health results. Once your test is processed by our DHA-approved healthcare partner, the results are sent directly to you. Kelter only securely collects basic personal details like your name and gender to book your test, but rest assuredall your information is kept private and safe.
